City Rentals

The City of Rosebud has 3 buildings available for party rentals. Please get in touch with City Hall to reserve your date.

• City Rental Application

The Caywood Center is 1600 sq. ft. and can hold 106 people. It has 15 long tables and 50 chairs. This is the only location that will allow alcohol. Permits must be submitted at least seven days before the event and can be obtained by the TABC. This is a smoke-free and drug-free facility.

Hours of operation: 7 days a week, 9:00 am to 10:00 pm (clean and out by midnight)

Cost: Deposit $250.00 plus $250.00 rental fee

The library community room is 1200 sq ft. and holds 80 people. We have 12 long tables and 80 chairs. This is a smoke-free, alcohol-free, and drug-free facility.

Hours of Operation: 7 days a week, 9:00 am to 10:00 pm (clean and out by midnight)

Cost: Deposit $50.00 plus $125.00 rental fee

Funeral Dinner (4 hours only): Deposit $50.00 plus $65.00 rental fee

The event center is 2000 sq ft. and holds 133 people. This is a smoke-free, alcohol-free, and drug-free facility.

Hours of Operation:  9:00 am to 10:00 pm (clean and out by midnight)

Cost: Deposit $150.00 plus $250.00 rental fee

Funeral Dinner (4 hours only) Deposit $150.00 plus $125.00 rental fee

       Electricity- $10.00 per day

       Water- $75.00 per day

Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. After-hour rentals with approval from City Administrator: 5-10 p.m.

Cost: Deposit: $250.00. Rental: $250.00. The gym is accessible to the public at no charge during office hours. You may have to share the court.
