Solid Waste Collections
Trash runs every Thursday. Please ensure that the handle faces the curb and that nothing is blocking the cans. Trash trucks run very early, so please have cans out by 5:00 am or the night before.

Bulk Trash
Bulk trash runs on the first Saturday of each month. Please call City Hall from 10:00 a.m. to Noon the Friday before to be placed on the list for pick-up. Items should be stacked neatly on the curb without anything blocking access.
Bulk Trash Guidelines
Acceptable Non-Brush
- Mattress/box spring
- Couches
- Chairs
- Bed frames
- Small tables
- Small hutches
- Small dressers
- Household items
- TV’s (screens must be broken out of older tube-style TV’s)
- Carpet (cut in 4-foot sections and taped or tied in a roll)
- Appliances (dishwashers, washers, dryers, stoves)
Acceptable Brush
- Contractor bags of leaves or yard clippings
- Bundled branches (cut in 4-foot pieces and tied with string or rope)
Unacceptable items
- Construction materials (sheetrock, plywood, boards, pallets)
- Water heaters
- Refrigerators
- Lawnmowers
- Paint or chemicals
Brush Dump: tree limbs and leaves only.
The brush dump will be open every other Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Call for dates. You cannot leave plastic bags at this site.
