Water

Services are scheduled during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. We require one business day’s notice to start service. You must pay the fees and submit the Application before the service can be connected.

Residential Services
You must provide proof of ownership and a $75.00 connection fee if you own the property. Please click here for the Application.

If you rent the property, you must submit to an inspection and pay a connection fee of $150.00. Please click here for the Application.

Commercial Services
You must have proof of ownership or lease information, a tax ID, and pay a $150.00 connection fee. Please click here for the Application.

Water bills are due by the 10th of each month. If the bill is not paid by the 10th, a late fee of 5% of your current bill will be added. If not paid by the 20th, your water service will be disconnected on the 21st, and a $50.00 fee will be added. Payment in full will be required before the City will reconnect your service.

If city equipment is damaged, then it is the resident’s responsibility to fix the damage. Replacement fees:
